Terms and Conditions Pertaining to Your Child's Attendance at
SAPA
The following terminology applies to these Terms and
Conditions:
- "Parent/Carer", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accepting the Company's Terms and Conditions.
- "SAPA", "Ourselves", "We" refers to our Company and all its representatives.
- "Party", "Parties", or "Us" refers to both the Parent/Carer and ourselves.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of tuition provided by SAPA. Any use of the above
terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.
SAPA Commitments
- We endeavour to provide a safe environment for all pupils, staff, and parents/carers.

- We provide ongoing training for all staff—paid and unpaid—to maintain a high standard of tuition.
- We enforce a strict Anti-Social Behaviour Code of Practice. Any member of staff, pupil, or parent/carer found in
breach will be excluded without prior notice. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Aggressive physical contact towards pupils, staff, or parents/carers
- Aggressive verbal abuse towards pupils, staff, or parents/carers
- Swearing (verbal or gestural)
- Unkind or hurtful comments towards pupils, staff, or parents/carers
- Bullying of any description
- Pupils may not use electronic equipment (including mobile phones) during class, except in circumstances permitted by
the teacher.
- We are not responsible for pupils once classes have ended.
- We accept no liability for lost property. Items will be kept for one calendar month and disposed of thereafter if not
reclaimed.
- We reserve the right to amend timetables, venue, fees, and Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice will be given
where possible.
- If changes (as per Clause 11) are unsuitable to you, no refund will be given—except if a class is closed with no
alternative offered. If an alternative is offered and declined, no refund will be given and unpaid fees will remain due.
- Any changes to these Terms will be updated on our website, but we may not inform you personally.
- It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions.
- Pupils are entitled to one non-fee-paying holiday per class attended, per term, provided at least 7 days’ notice is
given via the Holiday Booking Form. Unused holidays cannot be carried over.
- Photographs and videos may be taken during classes. By signing this agreement, you grant SAPA full rights to use these
images for publicity, fundraising, and promotional purposes. If you do not consent, you must inform the Principal in writing immediately.
- We reserve the right to exclude any pupil from a class due to non-payment of fees without prior warning.

Parent/Carer Commitments
- You agree to pay fees in line with the following policy:
- Settling-in Period (First 4 Weeks): Fees may
be paid on the day of class.
- After Settling-in Period: All fees are
payable in advance.
- Termly: Payment due on the first day of term;
includes one free lesson per term.
- Monthly (Cash): Payment in full at the last
class of the month.
- Monthly (Bank Transfer): Payment cleared by
the 1st of the month.
- A £10 late fee per week applies to all overdue payments without prior notice.
- Weekly or per-class payments are not accepted unless authorised by the Principal under special circumstances. Failure
to pay on the agreed day will revoke the arrangement and all fees will become immediately due.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your child attends regularly.
- If your child cannot attend, you must inform the Principal as soon as possible.
- No refunds for non-attendance (other than pre-booked holidays).
- In cases of prolonged illness, a holding fee may be arranged at the Principal’s discretion.
- Unarranged absences may result in your child being excluded, with no refund.
- In cases of non-payment, you will receive a maximum of four reminders (each incurring a late fee). Failure to pay or
contact us will result in exclusion and recovery proceedings, including costs.
- Fees do not include examinations, competitions, performances, costume hire/purchase, or theatre tickets.
- If you cannot pay, it is your responsibility to contact the Principal to discuss alternatives.
- For monthly payments, four weeks’ written notice is required to withdraw your child. For termly payments, attendance
is expected until term-end. Fees are non-refundable.
- You must inform SAPA of any medical conditions relating to your child.
- Any medication required during class must be authorised in writing.
- You must provide and ensure your child wears a SAPA uniform T-shirt to all classes (excluding the four-week
settling-in period).
- Ensure your child arrives and is collected promptly. Late collection fees (minimum £5) apply. Repeated lateness may
result in exclusion.
- You must ensure we have up-to-date contact details for you and your child.
