At SAPA, we strive to provide safe, fun and educational Holiday Workshops to all children, irrespective of gender, race and ability. We understand that no two children are alike and as such, our carefully planned module is designed to suit each child’s individual personality and needs.We not only provide the opportunity for our pupils to learn to Sing, Dance and Act, we also provide them with the ability to grow in confidence and learn important life skills through our fun and exciting plans.

Please fill out the registration form below. Please be sure to fill in each box. You will be asked to read and agree to the terms and conditions, this is very iimportant, please ensure you read them carefully.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS PERTAINING TO YOUR CHILD’S ATTENDANCE AT HOLIDAY WORKSHOP

(PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE AGREEING IN THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM)

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions:

"Parent/Carer", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.

"SAPA", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company.

“Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Parent/Carer and ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of tuition provided by SAPA.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, our, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

WE SHALL ENDEAVOUR TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL PUPILS, STAFF AND PARENTS/CARERS

WE WILL ENSURE ALL PAID STAFF MEMBERS HAVE A DBS CHECK IN PLACE. WE WILL ENSURE THAT ANY PAID MEMBER OF STAFF AWAITING A DBS CHECK WILL BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES

WE WILL ENSURE THAT APPRENTICES ARE SUPERVISED BY A DBS CHECKED MEMEBER OF STAFF AT ALL TIMES

WE WILL ENSURE A MINIMUM TEACHER/CHILD RATIO OF 1:8

WE ENFORCE A STRICT ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR CODE OF PRACTICE - ANY MEMBER OF STAFF, PUPIL OR PARENT/CARER FOUND IN BREACH OF SUCH WILL BE EXCLUDED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADD TO THE FOLLOWING LIST AS WE DEEM NECESSARY:

BEHAVIOUR WHICH WILL BE UNRESERVEDLY DEEMED AS ANTI SOCIAL

AGGRESSIVE PHYSICAL CONTACT

AGGRESSIVE VERBAL ABUSE

SWEARING - VERBAL OR GESTICULAR

UNKIND AND HURTFUL COMMENTS

BULLYING OF ANY DESCRIPTION

WE WILL NOT PERMIT THE PUPILS THE USE OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT DURING THE SESSION

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PUPILS ONCE CLASSES HAVE ENDED

PUPILS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN BELONGINGS

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PROPERTY

PUPILS WILL ADHERE TO CLASS RULES AS SET BY SAPA AND WILL NOT SHOW SIGNS OF ANTI SOCIAL BHEAVIOUR

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EXLUDE ANY PUPIL FROM A CLASS DUE TO ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING

YOU AGREE TO PAY THE RELEVANT FEES OWING TO SAPA FOR YOUR CHILD'S ATTENDANCE

A 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS TO BE PAID (BANK TRANSFER) AT THE TIME OF BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR CHILD'S PLACE

THE FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BY THE GIVEN DATE AS SET BY THE PRINCIPAL. YOU AGREE THAT FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR PLACE AND DEPOSIT

THE DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT

YOU AGREE TO INFORM SAPA OF ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS RELATING TO YOUR CHILD. SHOULD ANY MEDICATION NEED TO BE ADMINISTERED DURING THE SESSION, WRITTEN CONSENT MUST BE GIVEN TO THE PRINCIPAL

WE MAY TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS DURING THE SESSION. IN SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU GRANT FULL RIGHTS FOR US TO USE THE IMAGES RESULTING FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO FILMING AND ANY REPORDUCTIONS OR ADAPTATIONS OF THE IMAGES FOR FUNDRAISING, PUBLICITY OR OTHER PURPOSES TO HELP ACHIEVE OUR AIM. THIS MIGHT INCLUDE (BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO) THE RIGHT TO USE THEM IN OUR PRINTED AND ONLINE PUBLICITY, SOCIAL MEDIA AND PRESS RELEASES. SHOULD IT BE THE CASE THAT YOU DO NOT PERMIT SUCH, THE PRINCIPAL MUST BE INFORMED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN PHOTOGRAPHS/VIDEOS OF YOUR CHILDD BEING USED IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES AS LISTED, IN WHICH CASE SAPA WILL ACCEPT NO LIABILITY
